We are using our experience of delivering successful projects across the UK to inform the development of locality service models for Wales.
In addition to urban areas, we are working closely with partner agencies to develop innovative services that reach out to rural communities.
We work with adults and young people with substance misuse issues, including those referred to us through the criminal justice system. Our structured programmes include group work, one to one support, prescribing, alternative therapies and diversionary activities.
