CRI are seeking to employ a motivated Administration and Data Team Leader to join their Integrated Treatment and Recovery team in Sefton. The successful candidate will be joining a forward thinking national organisation with over 1300 staff. CRI have an excellent track record in delivering innovative quality services that bring about positive outcomes for their service users.
CRI deliver clinical interventions, specialist engagement, assessment, referral and care planning services in Sefton. The project will be responsible for delivering a combination of custody and community based services aimed at developing through-care and after-care services for substance misusers. The service aims to enable their entry into and retention in structured treatment.
The successful candidate will be required to lead an administrative and data analyst team who will be responsible for providing the comprehensive management of office systems and services, reception duties, administrative support, data management, clinic & script generation management and medical secretarial support across all components of the Sefton Integrated Recovery Treatment Service.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced practitioner to deliver both psychosocial interventions and other structured interventions through group based and one to one sessions. This post will undertake both harm minisation interventions, CBT and MI interventions with clients at different stages within their treatment journeys
An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Psychosocial Intervention Service. The service works with individuals in East Berkshire by supporting them to address the issues underlying their substance misuse. The successful individual will become part of a team of Substance Misuse workers and volunteer counsellors who deliver a range of psychosocial interventions, through both one to one sessions and group work.
The service has a central base in Bracknell and works from several multi-agency buildings across the area. The post holder would be mainly covering the Bracknell/Windsor & Maidenhead areas, however flexibility will be required to ensure the service meets local needs.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 1 part-time project worker based at Clock walk Project, Bognor. This post will involve working with the street drinking community in Bognor. It is outreach based and will incorporate working in partnership with a range of agencies to address the needs of substance misusers and the wider street drinking community in Bognor.
Being able to speak Polish essential and any other Eastern European language is beneficial. A knowledge and experience of outreach work, homelessness, anti-social behaviour, mental health, substance misuse and criminal justice system is desirable. As is the ability to use initiative and work in partnership to achieve the best outcome for clients.
This post will involve early morning, evening and weekend work.

The post holder will ensure that supervisors across two services, which includes a Couples Counselling pilot, receive appropriate support, training and clinical supervision. Ensuring that frameworks for commissioned service delivery are upheld within a multi-disciplinary care-planned approach. The post holder will also have input into the induction training programme for newly recruited counsellors.
The post holder will bring a flexible approach to clinical supervision and the ability to integrate clinical practice into a treatment services framework.

CRI are a fast growing health and social care organisation whose aim is to create safer communities by enabling people to develop the potential to lead purposeful, stable and crime free lives.
We are responsible for the delivery of the Drug Interventions Project across the 5 Local Authorities in Gwent. The service aims to increase the number of drug-using offenders entering and successfully completing treatment, reduce drug-related crime and improve the quality of life of offenders, their families and communities. The Gwent Drug Interventions Team will provide community support and assertive outreach services to substance misusing individuals, referred by staff working in Police Custody, Prisons, Probation and other treatment services. The role will include evening work and some weekend duties.

Education, Training and Employability Project Manager

CRI are seeking to appoint a temporary Project Manager for maternity leave cover, to join Bradford Education, Training and Employment Service covering Bradford and Keighley District. The service is an innovative service designed to assist people with Substance Misuse/Alcohol problems to enhance their potential to achieve in their chosen area of Education, Training and Employment (ETE). The service provides opportunities for adults that are (or have previously) been in contact with substance misuse/alcohol services within the Bradford district. The service has also expanded recently to include young adolescents who are currently involved with ‘Sporting Chance.’ This is a tailor-made programme designed to educate young people and allow them to complete the Diploma in Progression. As Bradford is a pilot area for Drug System Change, CRI’s ETE service has shown to develop the choices for individuals to work on a personalised pathway towards education, training or employment.
The Project Manager will lead the delivery and development of the service while working towards creating opportunities and providing choices for service users around their ETE needs. The lead role must be able to deliver accredited learning to groups, provide meaningful interventions for ETE progression and continue to build partnerships with local providers and employers to enhance opportunities for service users. The post holder must be able to meet the demands of the local Joint Commissioning Team in delivering the KPI’s and also assist with the Drug System Change Pilot by attending ETE work groups and Implementation Groups to assist Bradford’s ‘Recovery’ model. Other requirements may involve written reports for local Commissioners and projection planning for accredited learning structures. The appointed person must be able to liaise with various levels and have the ability to multi task on various duties while maintaining service provision across both sites.
The post holder will be responsible for the line management, supervision, appraisal and PDF for the trainee support worker and must also take ownership of their own learning and development.
As the project is located between Bradford and Keighley, the post holder will be required to work flexibly between these sites as required within an agreed number of hours to maintain the given level of service provision. This does include at present the flexibility of some evening sessions in Keighley.
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and motivated individual, with experience of service development and delivery of accredited learning to make a difference to the lives of individuals within the Bradford and Keighley District.

IDTS Substance Misuse Recovery Worker

We are seeking to recruit a Recovery worker to our highly regarded Integrated Drug Treatment System (IDTS) within HMP Risley and HMP Thorn Cross.
The successful candidate will be skilled in delivering a variety of evidenced based psychosocial interventions to address substance misuse. We are looking for a dynamic individual, preferably with experience of working within a prison establishment but this is not essential. You will be tasked with delivering Recovery focused group work and some 1:1 sessions working alongside the wider IDTS medical team, and in partnership with Prison Health Care and our colleagues in CARATS.
