First Stop is a welcoming open access centre in Romford, available to anybody experiencing difficulty with drugs. It is open every weekday afternoon and you can come in without an appointment to meet with an experienced drugs worker who can offer support and advice. The service is free and confidential.
If you are looking for information or help with a drug issue then take the first step and give us a confidential call on 01708 747 614 or 0800 652 5898 - this line is available 24/7 or drop-in to one of our open access sessions.
Open access sessions: Monday to Friday 1-3pm and Tuesday 5-7pm (no appointment necessary).
On your first appointment you will meet with an experienced drugs worker who will discuss with you your concerns and agree a plan with you to address your needs. This plan may include giving you something to read, making an appointment for another session, referring you on to another part of our service or leaving the next step up to you.
