"I got in touch with Subwize because I was using cannabis. I was depressed about problems with my dad’s drinking and it was a way to cut of f from the reality at home, but I wanted to get clean."

"Subwize helped me to cut down by teaching me about the ef fects and dangers of cannabis. They referred me to counselling for help with my family problems. Subwize also referred me to the Young Carers charity where I am now a volunteer . This has improved my confidence as I help other young people to join in with activities like swimming and bowling."

"I no longer go to Subwize because I have cut down a lot on my cannabis use. My weekly meetings with Subwize helped me feel more stable and boosted my confidence and concentration which has helped me achieve in college. I’m hoping to start my second year at Barking College doing a level 2 in brick laying and I will also be moving into a new home along with my carer."
