Want to make a complaint?

Our service users have the right to expect the highest of standards from CRI.

We view complaints positively, as they give us the opportunity to improve the quality of our services.

Every service user should receive a copy of the complaints procedure when you start using the service.

Who Can Complain

If you are a service user of CRI, and if you are dissatisfied with any of the services provided, you have the right to complain. This includes anyone who has recently been, or become, a service user.

Making A Complaint

You can ask a friend, relative, or anyone you choose to help.

They can:

  • Advise you.
  • Help you put your complaint in writing.
  • Come with you to meetings and speak for you if you wish.

The complaints procedure has three stages:

Stage 1

Complaint investigated by Service Manager/nominated staff member

Stage 2

Complaint reviewed by Deputy Director

Stage 3

Complaint reviewed by Director

 

Making a complaint

To make a complaint, in the first instance please ask for a complaints form from receiption in your service.
