West Sussex Counselling Service

Reference: MP349

£24,817 - £28,314 per annum, pro rata

Hours: 30 hours per week

CRI are recruiting a Counselling Volunteer Coordinator to work across West Sussex with substance misuse.

The post holder will work closely with the Services Manager, providing leadership and direction across West Sussex. Your primary role is to provide coordination and support to volunteers involved in counselling and delivery of one-to-one psychosocial interventions to ensure that high quality services are delivered consistently to substance users and significant others affected by substance misuse.

You will be responsible for the ongoing recruitment, training and supervision of volunteers. In addition, you will be involved in some initial assessment and case work allocation duties, including some administrative tasks.

The post holder will contribute to the overall performance of the treatment system to ensure that contractual output targets and requirements are met.
