Brief Interventions Project Worker

CRI is seeking to recruit a Brief Interventions Project Worker to provide alcohol focussed brief interventions as part of the Lifestyle Intervention Team. You will be part of a dynamic team, working autonomously, responsible for carrying out brief lifestyle interventions in various settings across Bournemouth and Poole.

The post holder will have a professional and proactive approach to engaging with patients in both primary and secondary care settings; will have a sound working knowledge of the effects of harmful and hazardous alcohol consumption; will be required to carry out 1-1 interventions and ensure records are kept appropriately.

You will report to the Lifestyle Intervention Team Senior Project Worker.
