CRI are delivering an innovative integrated service providing a range of recovery focussed interventions to both drug and alcohol users across the Halton Borough. Halton Integrated Recovery Service is a fully offering rapid and open access to assessment and interventions for people experiencing issues with drugs and / or alcohol, promoting movement from addiction to independence. We are currently recruiting for a number of posts within the Halton service, these are exciting opportunities for motivated individuals to make a difference to the lives of individuals within Halton.
The post holder will be responsible for the development of partnerships with the wider community network and Community Groups to engage and establish links and a presence of Recovery Activities within the wider community of Halton and Knowsley. In the role of BRIC you will assist the Peer Mentor & Volunteer Co-ordinator in the training and development of Service User Reps, Recovery Graduates and Volunteers within Halton and Knowsley. The post holder will pro-actively support the development, promotion and assertive linkage to mutual aid networks across the boroughs of Halton and Knowsley.
Within the BRIC role you will be responsible to the Management Teams of both services to identify key opportunities for the identification, development and growth of social enterprise, CIC and other innovative practice to promote independent Recovery options for individuals leaving treatment including volunteering to support this area with a specific focus on clients successfully leaving treatment and purposeful re-integration.
