The post holder will have responsibility to work with a Multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care for clients attending the Inspire integrated Recovery Service.
The services provide a comprehensive range of recovery-focused interventions including Needle Exchange, early engagement and brief interventions, access to medically-assisted recovery, structured psychosocial interventions, structured day programme activities, community drug and alcohol detoxification, supported housing and integrated HCV treatment.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide a constant stimulus for improving clinical services, be a role model that people in the organisation respect, and have a recovery-focussed approach to treatment.
Applicants for this post should have had experience in substance misuse medicine. Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists is preferred.
