The St Thomas Fund is a residential rehabilitation service for people with drug and alcohol dependency problems, who have a history of rough sleeping. This unique project provides a high quality environment for a highly vulnerable client group.
The successful candidate will conduct assessments, facilitate therapeutic groups, keywork a small case load and assist with the administration of the project. Experience of working in the substance misuse field is essential as is having solid professional boundaries, and the capacity to work in a challenging environment.
