CRI is a health and social care charity, working with individual’s families and communities affected by substance misuse, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse and anti social behaviour.
Two exceptional administrators are required to support the delivery of a range of services across Northamptonshire.
CRI are seeking to appoint two receptionist/administrators to work within our Northamptonshire service. You will work with a team of recovery workers, doctors and volunteer workers providing reception cover and administration support.
The post holder will have reception duties including; booking and rescheduling appointments and supporting the clinical team to manage referrals. You will also undertake a wide range of administration duties including minute taking, sending out letters, processing invoices and dealing with suppliers, managing queries and customer/partner liaison.
For this role you will need to have –
• Strong office administrational skills with proven experience, ideally two years.
• Excellent communication skills, be able to work with a range of skilled professionals and service users.
• Ability to take accurate minutes in a range of meetings.
• Have excellent IT skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office programmes.
