This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and knowledge within the substance misuse field and enhance your CV.
We are looking for someone to assist with the delivery of a Polish Speaking Recovery Service within Hatfield. The service aims to offer timely treatment and support to Polish speaking substance users who might otherwise not be able to access services.
To provide a welcoming environment at front of house to Service Users and other professionals.
To assist with communications with service users and enquiries from the general public (in person, via telephone, mail or email).
To maintain comprehensive records, paper and data base systems. Conduct assessments and co-facilitate group sessions on a regular basis with the support other staff/volunteers.
Supporting the team with general administration duties.
Ideally you should be computer literate and have a sound knowledge of Word and Excel.
Training will be provided.
