Hours: Two afternoons (12.30pm – 5pm) per week; Mon-Thurs
RISE is a borough-wide drug and alcohol recovery service working with people throughout their treatment journey; from engagement, through to treatment, prescribing to aftercare. RISE offers a wide range of interventions to Ealing residents, over 18, their families and partners who are experiencing difficulties with drug or alcohol use.
This is an exciting opportunity to become the first point of contact for service users and visitors accessing our busy service in Southall. It will put you in a key position to learn about drug and alcohol services, interact with the local community and develop your administrative skills. You will be key to providing a smooth and welcoming first impression of the service, working as part of a friendly team in a busy charity service.
The role of the Administrative Reception Assistant is to work alongside the Office Manager and Data Administrators to provide a front of house service to clients and visitors at RISE’s West Hub and provide a welcoming and efficient service to all.
