Who we are

How does the Rent Deposit Scheme work?

- we can help you to find suitable accommodation in the private sector - help with the rent deposit - support you to remain drug free - support you in your tenancy for the first 18 months including home visits - help you to access other local resources ie. healthcare, education, employment, training

Who can access this?

- those involved in Criminal Justice System within the last 12 months - those without stable accommodation - those who have previously had a problem with drugs but have been abstinent for the last three months - those who have been a resident of the Borough of Richmond or have immediate family who have been living in the borough for over 5 years - those over 18 years of age - be eligible for housing benefit

Priority given to:

- clients who are street homeless - priority and prolific offenders (PPO) - those in structured treatment
