The REACH programme is a 12-16 week treatment programme. It is for people with drug and alcohol misuse issues within a harm minimisation model.
Along with daily group work sessions, your allocated key worker will provide support that will help you progress through the programme. It is through these sessions that we will be able to identify any additional support needs that you have. We have excellent links with numerous organisations that can help to compliment your care package.
REACH is about supporting and empowering you to achieve goals and aspirations that are important to you.
