Reach Recovery Service - Southwark

Who we are

CRI REACH Recovery Service offers a flexible “pick & mix” menu of one to ones and recovery workshops in a friendly and welcoming setting for any Southwark residents with drug and alcohol issues who are over the age of 18.  People can choose to attend what interests them most and best meets their needs and can attend from two to 20 hours a week.

The Reach programme is divided into induction and core phases which focus on different topics in each session. Upon completion of the programme people will have the option of joining the “Moving Forward” programme where the workshops focus on options for further drug and alcohol treatment,  future goals, education and employment and lifeskills. REACH recovery workers are able to refer people to a wide range of support services on completion of the programme.

Next steps

Anyone living in Southwark, over the age of 18 and experiencing issues around drug & alcohol use can self-refer to REACH Recovery Service. Just contact us on 0207 708 6130 and we will arrange a first appointment. Alternatively we take referrals from GPs, other treatment providers, housing providers, probation staff or any other professional.

Anyone wanting to access REACH will be offered an initial appointment where a recovery worker will explain about the services offered and answer any questions. The recovery worker will take some information, so they can then jointly put together a care-plan that best meets the individual’s needs. Then a start date for the program will be agreed.
