The Base
The Base is a drug and alcohol service for under 25’s in Kirklees. We provide free, friendly and confidential support on drugs, legal highs and/or alcohol issues.
What we do and how we do it
Our team offer one off or longer term support to meet your individual needs.
We also provide tailored and targeted group work for young people, specialist training for staff, support to parents and families, community outreach and drop-in’s.

Base’d @Huddersfield we are a 5 minute walk from the bus station past the old Kirklees college building and around the corner form the driving test centre.
Base’d @ Dewsbury we are at the bottom of the town hall with a separate entrance to the right of the building.
Although our office opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, we can offer appointments outside of these times.
