CRI is a health and social care charity, working with individual’s families and communities affected by substance misuse, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse and anti social behaviour.

An exceptional Administrator is required to support the delivery of services within the Camden DIP team. You will work within CRI’s Kings Cross head office providing office management and administration support.

The post holder will undertake a wide range of administration duties including minute taking, sending out letters, dealing with suppliers, managing all incoming/outgoing referrals, processing client paperwork, supporting data inputting on internal and national databases, dealing with queries and client/stakeholder liaison.

Applicants will need to be dedicated to quality, able to work to tight deadlines and be able to work in a busy and challenging environment. A strong understanding of client confidentiality, excellent communication skills alongside competency in the use of data bases and IT systems is required. Knowledge/experience of drug treatment systems and the criminal justice system is desirable.

You will ideally have experience of front line working in a challenging environment along with experience of working in multi-disciplinary environments with a broad range of support agencies and a commitment to delivering the highest quality services.
