Recover Team
Committed to sustainability, Recover up-cycles locally donated and reclaimed materials and old, unwanted furniture into desirable new pieces which it sells online, and from its shop in Welwyn Garden City.
Well-equipped workshops give volunteers the opportunity to learn complete up-cycling processes from research into current trends, to designing, making and selling new, improved pieces of furniture. They also receive professional training and support in upholstery and re-using fabrics.
Recover offers people life-changing experience, apprenticeships and professional qualifications which prepare them for employment within the wider community.
