The Secret Space

The Secret Space is a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Hertford which offers yoga classes, holistic therapies and a small shop which sells yoga equipment.

The centre gives people who have overcome great difficulties in their lives the chance to gain relevant skills and work experience and contribute to their local community.

Complementary therapies have been used for many years in CRI services and the Secret Space builds on the ability of complementary therapies to reconnect people to their bodies and minds.

These life-changing benefits are offered to both visiting clients and to the volunteers who run its services. The Secret Space also offers onsite holistic services and classes to local businesses, promoting the benefits of staff wellbeing to a wider audience.​
