All Seasoned

All Seasoned is a social enterprise that uses seasonal food from small local producers to provide high-quality catering services.

Set up by chef Sam Speller, All Seasoned provides volunteers and apprentices from a range of backgrounds with the opportunity to train and acquire the skills and professional qualifications they need to pursue a career in the catering industry.

Volunteers run the All Seasoned café in Letchworth Arts Centre, providing lunches and light refreshments, and a Street Cart which delivers outdoor catering to markets in the local area. The All Seasoned Café has delivered corporate buffets for up to 80 people, hosted a business networking event, and catered for the Letchworth walking club and book club. All Seasoned also provides catering for another of CRI’s social enterprises, The Training & Conference Place.
