As a key member of the substance misuse team, you will be responsible for assessment and brief interventions for individuals experiencing substance misuse problems.
You will also provide outreach services based at local hospitals, whilst liaising with hospital staff to identify and engage patients affected by substance misuse issues, supporting them back into the community.
