The data and research teams support the organisation by using information to improve service delivery.
This work includes:
- enabling staff access to information to support service users
- ensuring the delivery of our services are appropriately reflected in our performance data
- understanding the impact of our work on individuals and communities
- learning from all this information and research in order to make improvements to how services are delivered.
