What we do and how we do it
At our first meeting we will ask you about your strengths, skills and any aspects of your life that you would like to develop and improve.
We will work with you to identify and develop a recovery plan, including goals and aspirations that you would like to achieve. Together, we will work to build on your motivations and abilities in order to achieve and maintain recovery.
You will be encouraged to take an active role in your needs assessment, recovery planning and reviews.
We will also invite you to provide feedback on our service and take part in service user groups to help promote independence.
