From 1st April 2016, leading drug and alcohol charity, CRI will continue to offer substance misuse treatment and support to communities across East Lancashire.
Following a competitive and thorough retendering process, CRI has been re-awarded the contract to continue running an integrated service for a further potential 7 years (3 years with an optional 2 + a further 2) in East Lancashire. Since 2010 the service has supported over 10 000 adults and their family members in their recovery from substance misuse problems through a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.
CRI has agreed a subcontract for new partners Red Rose Recovery, Emerging Futures, and SHE/INCAS as well as continuing a partnership with The Work Company. The service will be a fully integrated service for adults, providing expertise including structured psychosocial interventions, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Medically assisted Recovery, Community Rehabilitation Programmes, Wellbeing Activities, Employment, Education, Enterprise, Housing and Family support including Coaching and Counselling.

Our new community delivery will be aimed at achieving our vision of supporting people to realise their full potential by delivering innovative, meaningful interventions that facilitate positive change for individuals, families and communities.”
