The service aims to enable people to reach their full potential as individuals and community members. Individuals will be encouraged to make positive changes and to lead meaningful and purposeful lives. Staff, peer mentors and volunteers will be available to assist people on their recovery journey and ensure service users have an active voice in their community.

Clients can self-refer to the service by dropping in to the open access. Third party referrals are also accepted. You can be sure of a warm welcome and someone to talk to.
Monday–Friday 9am-5pm
Wednesday late night 9am- pm
Open access
10am– 1pm and 2pm– 4pm
Saturday 10am–4pm
