HOMER - Havant
Hampshire Operational Model for Effective Recovery (HOMER) is an integrated county wide drug and alcohol service for:
- Adults and young people (who are over 18) in Hampshire experiencing problems with drugs or alcohol.
- People who are concerned about their own, or somebody else’s drug or alcohol use.
This service aims to enable people to reach their full potential as individuals and community members. Individuals will be encouraged to make positive changes and to lead meaningful and purposeful lives. Peer mentors will be available to assist people on their recovery journey and ensure service users have an active voice in the community.
HOMER Havant, deliver a full range of services including: Open access (individuals can drop in without an appointment and receive support to begin their recovery journey)
- Needle exchange
- Substitute prescribing/detox
- Group work
- One to one appointments
- Assessment and recovery planning
To access the service individuals are welcome to come in and speak to a member of staff; drop-in to find out more.
- Monday 9am – 5pm.
- Tuesday 9am – 5pm.
- Wednesday 9am – 7pm.
- Thursday 9am – 5pm.
- Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm.
- Saturday 10am - 4pm
