This is an exciting opportunity to work for a national charity leading a regional HR Operations team. Reporting to the national HR Business Partner – Operations, you will manage a team of HR Advisors across a geographical area.

You will have significant HR experience with an emphasis on employee relations. Operating in a dynamic environment, the post-holder will be able to model a considered, solution-focussed approach and have the communication skills to influence Directors and managers to achieve organisational objectives in line with the values of CRI.

We are consistently growing as an organisation and the role will lead on complex TUPE transfers, supporting Directors with implementation and change management programmes within their regions.
