The Community Drug Treatment Service aims to increase the number of substance misusing clients entering and successfully completing treatment, reduce substance related harm and improve the quality of life for clients, their families and communities. The service provides a range of interventions including open access, harm minimisation, assertive engagement, recovery focused clinical / psychosocial interventions and recovery support.
We are seeking to recruit experienced Non-Medical Prescribers to work as part of a multi-disciplinary recovery team across our services in Camden. You will provide substitute prescribing, advice on medication and substance misuse, review medication regimes and assist in the process of referrals for aftercare. The post holder will work within CRI‘s Medically Assisted Recovery model.
The successful candidate will need to be motivated, enthusiastic, committed and driven in order to meet the expectations of this challenging role. You will proactively contribute to service delivery and development in order to support in all aspects of partnership and strategic objectives. The role requires a commitment to quality in governance and practice, and excellent communication skills.
