CRI S2S is an Integrated Recovery Service . It provides rapid access to a range of interventions and treatment options for adults experiencing problems with drugs and/or alcohol, promoting a focus on recovery and independence.

We are currently looking for a Recovery Worker. The post-holder will be an integral member of a multi disciplinary team, consisting of Doctors, Nurses, Recovery Champions and Peer Mentors. S2S offers a flexible and accessible treatment service incorporating specialist prescribing, rapid access to assessment, responsive titration, group work, needle exchange and evidence based Psycho Social Interventions.
The post-holders will ensure that services users consistently receive high quality services that adhere to the best practice guidelines and achieve high professional standards.
The Recovery Worker will facilitate the engagement, assessment, case management and supervision of clients and peer mentors and work within a Recovery outcome focussed culture. The focus of all interventions will be:
To reduce substance related harm to the individual and wider community
To ensure the service achieves and exceeds CQC compliance standards.
To promote healthier life styles and increase service user choice
To promote and support individuals into both abstinence based and medically assisted forms of recovery
To provide effective case management and coordination of the individual’s treatment plan
To promote carer and service user involvement
To support individuals to identify and access recovery capital within their own communities.
