An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dedicated and outcome focused Clinical Nurse Lead to join our dynamic team based in Southend on Sea. The role will require you to work closely with the existing team to enable them to build upon their clinical understanding and skills and ensure that all clinical work undertaken within the service is of a high quality and compliant with NICE guidelines and all other regulations.
The successful candidate will line manage a team of 4 Nurses, with different lead roles within the service including; Health & Wellbeing, Alcohol Detox and Hospital Liaison work as well as a Social Worker. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment and drive in supporting staff personal development to achieving excellence and a key interest in supporting service users in building recovery capital and achieving positive outcomes.
