Director - Health and Social Care

Due to continued growth CRI is seeking to appoint a further Director to its Health and Social Care division. The role will primarily cover Wales and the South West of England but the successful candidates will be expected to be flexible. Travel both regional and national is to be expected.

This role will be demanding but rewarding, involving the operational and strategic oversight and delivery for areas with hundreds of staff and thousands of service users. You will also be the key regional CRI contact for all external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have considerable management experience and an approach that both demands and facilitates high performance. We are looking for someone with a strong, service user focused value base and the judgment, drive and leadership skills to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
