The Community Drug Treatment Service aims to increase the number of substance misusing clients entering and successfully completing treatment, reduce substance related harm and improve the quality of life for clients, their families and communities. The service provides a range of interventions including open access, harm minimisation, assertive engagement, recovery focused clinical / psychosocial interventions and recovery support.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dedicated and outcome focused Clinical Nurse Lead to join our dynamic team. The role will require you to work closely with the team to enable them to build upon their clinical understanding and skills and ensure that all clinical work undertaken within the service is of a high quality and compliant with NICE guidelines and all other regulations.

The successful candidate will line manage a small team of nurses and will be able to demonstrate a commitment and drive in supporting staff personal development to achieving excellence and a key interest in supporting service users in building recovery capital and achieving positive outcomes.
